An early morning walk down to Lake Taupo where I relaxed with a coffee.
Then I checked out of the hotel and caught a coach for the short journey to Rotorua. After checking in to the hotel, Malfroy Motor Lodge, I followed a walking trail around the outskirts and thermal areas.
